Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of this website and any booking you make through it with Aakriti Hotels, 702-P, Sector-23, Gurugram. By making a booking you accept them, together with our hotel policies.

• A booking request made through this website is an offer, not a confirmed reservation. It becomes binding only when we confirm it to you.
• Where a booking is not accepted, no payment is taken and any hold placed on your payment method is released.
• We may decline a booking at our discretion, including where a room is no longer available, where the details supplied appear incorrect, or where payment cannot be verified.
• Rates are per room per night and are exclusive of GST unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Rates may change until a booking is confirmed. A confirmed rate will not change.

• An advance of 10% of the total stay is payable at the time of booking. The balance is payable at the hotel.
• Full payment is due before check-in.
• Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store card details.
• Where GST applies it is calculated and shown separately before payment.

• A government-approved photo identity document (Driving Licence, Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport) is mandatory for every guest at check-in.
• Foreign nationals are required to complete Form C as required under Indian law.
• Check-out is at 11:00. Late check-out is chargeable and subject to availability.
• Early check-in is subject to availability and may be chargeable.

Our full house rules are published on the hotel policies page and apply to every guest and visitor. In summary:

• All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking permitted only in designated areas — room balconies and common areas open to sky.
• Pets are not permitted on the premises.
• Guests are responsible for loss or damage caused by themselves, their visitors, or anyone under their responsibility.
• Management may evict any guest or visitor without refund for policy violations, illegal activity or misconduct.
• Nothing in these terms creates tenancy, sub-tenancy or occupancy rights. The hotel remains in absolute possession of the premises at all times.

• The content of this website, including photographs and text, belongs to the hotel and may not be reproduced commercially without written consent.
• We take reasonable care over the accuracy of rates and availability shown, but the website is provided without warranty and may occasionally contain errors.
• We reserve the right to correct an obvious pricing error before confirming a booking.

• The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to guest belongings, including electronics and valuables, whether left in rooms, lockers or common areas.
• The hotel is not liable for disruption arising from events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics or government restrictions.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [Gurugram, Haryana].

We may amend these terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking is the version that applies to it.
